How Billing Works
Four steps, and we do three of them
We verify your benefits
Bring your insurance card, or give us the details when you book. Before your appointment we contact your insurer to confirm your endodontic coverage, your deductible and how much of your annual maximum is still available.
You get the number in writing
After the examination we give you a written treatment plan with the estimated insurance portion and your estimated share. You decide with the figure in front of you, not after the fact.
We submit the claim
You pay only your estimated portion on the day. We file the claim, attach the radiographs and narrative your insurer needs, and chase it if it stalls.
We reconcile the difference
When the insurer settles, any overpayment is refunded to you promptly. If they pay less than estimated, we will tell you why and help you appeal where there are grounds.
